I’m sure there are some truly self-made people stories but I don't believe there's as many of them as the world makes it appear.

Everyone has their strengths, I believe mine are the people I'm surrounded with. So no I'm not self - made and unlikely that I will be for my future achievements. What's the point of achieving if you don't have people to celebrate it with?

Most people need a baseline stress level to be productive, for the visibly(and audibly) stressed workers it seems more like an outlet to let everyone know they are working. Words have power, by constantly talking about how stressed they are, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Be the friend or family member that messages someone today and sets up some time to grab a coffee(or tea if that’s your jam) and go for a walk. They’ll be very happy to hear from you and you will have improved the health of 2 people at the same time.

Side quests are good because it can be fun, challenging, or relaxing - Whatever you want them to be. It doesn’t matter what you choose, pick one. We’re going on a quest!
